FRANK AMERICA’s temporary exhibition showcases and traveling display cases are the ideal answer for museums and touring exhibits. We always put the artifacts on display first.
The Royal Museum for Central Africa (RMCA) is a Belgian ethnography and natural history museum located just outside of Brussels. The title of this temporary exhibition is ‘Mabele eleki lola!’ This means “the earth, brighter than paradise’. The exhibit articulates the importance of living in the here and now.
The RMCA welcomed Kinshasa artist Freddy Tsimba to interact with the museum’s collections. This was the first exhibition on display since it reopened after substantial renovations. The temporary exhibit was created by writer In Koli Jean Bofane, with support from Henry Bundjoko, director of the Democratic Republic of the Congo’s National Museum (MNRDC).
